JOIN THE COMMUNITY
Membership is a way of being part of the support network for the Kosa Folk Arts community. It's a donation, a contribution, a boost towards the operating needs of the organisation.
By becoming a member, you join the company of many other good folks who are passionate about sustaining and celebrating Eastern European folk arts and culture, and want to see it flourish!
Membership provides you with the opportunity to do this work with us, to volunteer in various capacities within the organisation: from on-site support at events and workshops, to participating in working committees focused on planning and supporting specific programming, events, and fundraising... plus it’s a financial contribution going towards our operating expenses, which helps us put on these joyful experiences!
As a not-for-profit organsation, Kosa relies greatly on membership dues and volunteers to realize our vision of gathering people to connect with Ukrainian and Eastern European folk art and traditions—your contribution is greatly appreciated!

All members get first access to our holiday Melanka gathering, discounts on workshops, and other special events held throughout the year.
Villager & Firekeeper members receive discounts and early access to Summer Folk Camp.
Firekeeper & Patron members are acknowledged on our website, and in our Annual Report.

Each membership is valid from January 1 (or date of purchase) to December 31 of the same year, and is renewable each January 1, at the tier of your choice.

We are actively seeking skilled and experienced board members.
If you have a desire and the means to contribute your time towards a more substantial, on-going volunteer position, such as special events coordinator, fundraising or membership outreach, please reach out to us directly info@kosafolkarts.org

If you are passionate about the work of Kosa Folk Arts and have the means to offer a bit more financial support, this is the option for you. Know that with this level of support, you enable Kosa to increase accessibility of programming to community members who otherwise would not be able to afford it.
This is also a great option for multi-generational families.

If you are passionate about the work Kosa Folk Arts is doing, and have the means to offer more financial support, this is the membership option for you. Know that with this level of support you provide Kosa the financial stability to work towards long term goals, grow our programming, and build the organisation for future generations.
This is also a great option for multi-generational families, or In-Memoriam giving.
